Check- In/Check -Out Policy:

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Late Check-out: 12:00 PM

  • Late Check-out Fee: $40.00 USD

At the time of check-in, we require all guests to present a valid form of identification. This is to confirm your identity and protect your security.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  1. Passport: This is the preferred form of identification, especially for international guests.

  2. Driver's License: A valid driver' s license with a current photo is acceptable

  3. Government-issued Identification Card: Any form of identification issued by a government agency, with a photo, is acceptable.

  4. Military ID: For members of the military , a military ID is acceptable.

Please note, the name on the Identification must match the name on the reservation. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding our ID requirements for check -in, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk.

Payment Policy: We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

  • A one (1) night payment plus taxes is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation and the balance due at time of check-in.

At Sky's Villa Resort, an Adult Only Resort strive to provide the most convenient payment options for our guests. Here is our policy regarding cash payments and on-site payments.

Cash Payment: We accept cash payments for all services provided at Sky's Villa. Please note, for cash payments, the reservation balance plus a $100 USD incidental charge is due at time of check-in.

Credit Card Payment: We accept credit card payments for all services provided at Sky's Villa. Please note, for credit card payments, the reservation balance plus a $100 USD incidental hold charge is due at time of check-in.

Bank Transfer: We accept Bank Transfer payments for all services provided at Sky's Villa. Please note, for Bank Transfer payments, the reservation balance plus a $100 USD incidental hold charge is due three (3) business days prior to check-in. Contact Sky’s Villa for bank transfer details.

Deposit Policy: A deposit payment equivalent to one (1) night's stay is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your total bill upon check-in. This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation for free up to 7 days prior to reservation check-in date. Later than this will incur a cost of: one (1) night payment.

No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, without prior notice, the cost will be: one (1) night payment.

Incidental Policy: To cover any incidentals, a $100 USD hold charge is required at check-in and is payable via credit card or cash. Upon check-out, the Incidental hold charge will be refunded via the method paid. Note: If the incidental hold charge was paid via credit or debit card, the release of this hold is dependent on your bank’s internal policies.

Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any damage caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), Sky’s Villa Resort premises or property caused by the guest or any person(s) in the guest’s party, whether or not staying at the hotel during the stay of the guest. Sky’s Villa Resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details, or forfeit your Incidental deposit of $100 USD as presented at check-in and charge or debit the credit/debit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Sky’s Villa Resort as a result of the aforementioned.

Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us, to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or Sky’s Villa Resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Occupancy Policy: Each room at Sky's Villa Resort is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on all areas of Sky's Villa Resort property, both indoors and outdoors. This includes all rooms, common areas, and outside grounds. A breach of this policy will result in a smoking fee of $250 UDS being added to your account. This fee covers the deep cleaning and deodorizing required to restore the room or area to a smoke-free condition. Please note that this amount may vary depending on the extent of the cleaning required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment at Sky's Villa Resort.

Pet Policy: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, no pets are allowed on Sky's Villa Resort property. This policy applies to all types of pets.

Pool Policy: The pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. No one is allowed in the pool area after closing hours for safety and maintenance reasons. Exceptions to the pool hours may be granted under special circumstances, subject to prior approval from the management. Please contact our front desk to discuss any exceptions needed. Please follow all posted pool rules for your safety and the enjoyment of all guests.
